London, Paul Shearring, Kinetic’s UK Chief Executive Officer, is stepping down from the Out of Home media agency after more than fifteen years of service.  James Copley, the UK Managing Director, will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer, taking over Shearring’s responsibilities and reporting to Simon Crisp, CEO EMEA.

Paul Shearring started his outdoor career in 1977 and prior to Kinetic served as the Managing Director at Poster Publicity where he worked for more than ten years. Shearring transferred the business into the new venture Kinetic in 2005 and will remain a consultant to the agency until the middle of the year.

Copley’s promotion to UK COO follows over ten years in the business and is recognition of his performance over the past 18 months as Kinetic has restructured its business.
